Privacy Policy
Last updated September 18, 2026
This policy explains how Nerval Corporation (“Nerval”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information on ffe.nervalcorp.com, our hospitality FF&E site. It covers what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This is a business-to-business site. It does not sell anything online, take payments or process orders — its purpose is to let hotel owners, operators, purchasing agents and contractors research our products and contact us. Our corporate site at nervalcorp.com is a separate store with its own privacy policy; where the two sites share analytics, that is described below.
What We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit an enquiry, quote request or document request, we collect your name, work email address, telephone number, company, your role, the hotel brand your project relates to, and whatever project details you choose to write in the message. Submitting a form is entirely voluntary — you can also reach us by telephone or email instead.
Alongside what you type, each submission records the page you sent it from and the date and time, so that we can answer in context.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we receive technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device and screen characteristics, referring page, and the pages you view and interact with. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which content is useful.
What we do not collect
We do not take payment details on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from children. We do not buy marketing lists, and we do not sell personal information.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The table below lists everything this site sets and why. Because this site and our corporate site sit on the same domain, some of these are shared between the two — meaning a visit that begins at nervalcorp.com and continues here is recognised as one visit rather than two.
Your choices about cookies
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are switched off by default and are only used if you agree to them. Elsewhere they are on by default, and you can opt out at any time using the controls below.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
- Opt out of Google Analytics across all websites
- Manage Google advertising personalisation
- Opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada
How We Use It
We use personal information to respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations; to supply the specification sheets, warranties and documents you request; to contact you about a project you have raised with us; to understand how the site is used and improve it; to measure whether our advertising is working; and to protect the site from spam and abuse.
We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. Where a form offers an option to receive marketing material, ticking it is your express consent and nothing is sent unless you do. Without it, we contact you only about the enquiry you raised.
Every marketing message identifies us, gives our contact details and carries an unsubscribe link that works for at least 60 days. You can withdraw consent at any time, using that link or by writing to us, and we will action it within 10 business days.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell personal information and we do not trade it. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes described here:
These providers operate internationally, so your information may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to courts and public authorities under the laws of that country. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.
Our Legal Basis
In Canada we handle personal information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and, in Alberta, the Personal Information Protection Act. We rely on your consent — express when you submit a form, implied when you browse — and you may withdraw it at any time.
Commercial email is governed by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. We send it only with your express consent, recorded at the point you gave it, or where an existing business relationship permits it. We keep a record of when and how each consent was given.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful bases are your consent for analytics and advertising cookies; our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing the site; and compliance with our legal obligations.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, to maintain the commercial relationship, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Analytics and advertising data expire on the schedule set out in the table above. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to erase your details sooner.
Your Rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you; correct it if it is wrong; delete it; stop using it for marketing; or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Residents of the EEA and UK may also ask us to restrict processing, to provide the information in a portable format, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Write to info.ffe@nervalcorp.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta, or to your local supervisory authority.
Keeping It Secure
This site is served over encrypted connections, and enquiries are transmitted directly to our customer relationship system rather than being stored on the website. Access is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
